One of the most important skills that planning for lessons and teaching in a classroom through A2LP has taught me is relevant in every area of academic as well as, I’m sure, professional life: the ability to critically review past work and develop strategies for improvement, individually, with a partner and in a group setting. I’m sure I will continue to use (and improve) this skill for years in my classes, in the Cell and Developmental Biology lab where I work and in any future jobs that I take.
