Returning to A2LP for a second year has been one of the greatest decisions I could have made. I can say that I have taken a lot away from my first year teaching. I have a precise idea of how I want every lesson plan to go and I have learned so many tricks so that students can quickly transition from one activity to another. I feel that this is the year I truly have the opportunity to polish my leadership skills.
