in-person presentations highlighting&nbsp;the&nbsp;great research that youth are contributing to and co-leading. Altogether, teams of youth researchers and their adult mentors will share&nbsp;a&nbsp;range of cultural perspectives and insights about their inquiries into various educational and racial justice matters in Michigan and other states. Topics addressed will include education organizing for justice, developing youths\u2019 critical consciousness, school violence prevention, and restorative justice. There will be an in-person program from 10 a.m - noon, with lunch, that features a Detroit-based youth engaged research team and graduate student presenters. In the afternoon, youth-engaged teams will be featured online from 3 to 5 p.m.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">Along with youth&nbsp;researchers, presenters will include community partners, Marsal students, faculty, and alumni.&nbsp; The&nbsp;CREATE Team is excited to gather with all for&nbsp;this special event both virtually and in Ann Arbor.
